Subject Appraisals

In this example, the "comparison values" in red are selected.  Then, the user selects which elements within the market area have the most impact on accuracy.  The initial person (usually an appraiser) within the organization tests which factors and the weight that should be given to each factor within the model.  Once the model is "calibrated" and approved, valuations can ensue.  The organization persons identified to run valuations using that perfected model only deal with the "valuation" side of Maven.
